Using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I provide a compassionate, structured space where children, adolescents, and adults can build resilience, and find hope.
With 20+ years of experience in both clinical and school settings, I understand the challenges that are faced and deeply respect the courage it takes to seek help. My approach blends TF-CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and a strength-based approach, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each person.
